★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente sem consideração ao cliente, os donos do "comércio" tanto o irmão Valdir quanto o Valdimir confirmaram que viriam fazer o orçamento e nenhum dos dois compareceu nos dias marcados. Não vale a pena entrar em contato (se conseguirem, pra começar), poupem o tempo de vocês.

Fiz uma reforma na minha casa no banheiro e tive que remover o box para depois ser instalado novamente. A empresa que cuidou da minha reforma contratou a Vidros Val para reinstalar o meu box.
Ele quebrou o vidro e não avisou! Fomos atrás o instalador disse que não era ele que tinha ido em casa....
Fez o serviço muito rápido! De qualquer jeito...
Dias depois troquei os vidros porque estavam manchados devido ao uso e reaproveitei a estrutura do box, a empresa que foi em casa disse que o box estava solto! Não foi parafusado provavelmente por preguiça e irresponsabilidade! A empresa usou silicone para resolver o que a Val Vidros fez de errado! Pois colado é tão efetivo quanto o parafuso.
Instalador mau caráter e irresponsável!!! O box poderia ter caído e causado um acidente!

He did the job very fast! Anyway...
Days later I changed the glasses because they were stained due to use and reused the box structure, the company that went home said the box was loose! It was probably not screwed by laziness and irresponsibility! The company used silicone to solve what Val Vidros did wrong! Because glued is as effective as the screw.
Installer bad character and irresponsible !!! The box could have fallen and caused an accident!
Poor service. Irresponsible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo serviço de vidros e serralheria da minha casa foi feito com Vidros Val e nunca tive problemas: sacada, box, porta de vidro (de abrir e de correr), porta de alumínio em armários, guarda corpo, corrimão, espelhos... sou cliente antiga e até o envidraçamento da sacada do apê na praia ele fez recentemente. Tivemos um vazamento por causa da chuva forte e um funcionário foi até lá vedar tudo com silicone, corrigindo o problema. Tanto o dono quanto os funcionários são zelosos, prestativos e confiáveis. Cumpre prazos e tem bons preços.
