★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Viê restaurante está localizado dentro do Hotel Florença, não tem serviço de vallet, mas o uso do estacionamento do hotel é liberado e sem custo. O restaurante é muito agradável e requintado, os garçons não muito gentis e os pratos feitos pelo Chef italiano Maurízio são sensacionais, comemos Bruschetta tradicional de entrada e peixes de prato principal (Salmão em crosta de Chia e Filet de badejo com risoto de limão siciliano), acompanhado de um bom vinho branco italiano, maravilhoso! O custo fica dentro dos padrões dos bons restaurantes, com a a taxa de serviço e o vinho gastamos 330,00 no total. Lógico que não é uma restaurante para o dia a dia de pessoas da classe média, mas certamente vale a pena desfrutar em ocasiões especiais! Recomendo!
The Viê restaurant is located inside the Hotel Florence, it does not have a valet service, but the use of the hotel parking is free and free of charge. The restaurant is very nice and refined, the waiters are not very kind and the dishes made by the Italian Chef Maurizio are sensational. , accompanied by a good Italian white wine, wonderful! The cost is within the standards of good restaurants, with the service fee and wine we spent 330.00 in total. Of course it's not a restaurant for the everyday of middle class people, but it's certainly worth enjoying on special occasions! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post em 07/11/2019 voltei ao Viê Bar para uma nova chance. Pedimos uma burrada em cama de azeitonas e pães da casa, vamos lá; o prato é meio confuso, pois diz na descrição "cama de farofa de azeitonas"e me deparei com patezinho minúsculo por cima da burrata, tive que chamar o garçom para pedir os pães, pois não estavam acompanhando o prato, o garconm então pediu um "couvert", com três pãezinhos e uma maionese. Questionei sobre isso e ele disse que não, que era o acompanhamento do prato. OK. Na hora de pedir a conta percebi que foi cobrado o couvert e o garçom foi "desfazer o erro" pelo meu questionamento anterior. Não sou de ficar colocando posts enormes, mas pelo "requinte" do restaurante, tem que melhorar muuuito. Não voltarei.
Post on 07/11/2019 I returned to Viê Bar for a new chance. We ordered a donkey in a bed of olives and breads, let's go; the dish is a bit confusing, as it says in the description "bed of olive flour" and I came across a tiny dumpling over the burrata, I had to call the waiter to order the bread, as they were not accompanying the dish, the waiter then asked for a "cover charge", with three rolls and a mayonnaise. I asked about it and he said no, it was the side dish. OK. When asking for the bill, I realized that the cover charge was charged and the waiter was "undoing the mistake" for my previous questioning. I don't like to post huge posts, but due to the "refinement" of the restaurant, it has to improve a lot. I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo ótimo ate dizerem que não embalam para viagem. Não entendi se é desorganização ou realmente um padrão da casa (se for padrão, realmente não faz sentido algum, visto que os mais renomados restaurantes têm este serviço).
All great until they say they don't pack for travel. I didn't understand if it's disorganization or really a standard of the house (if it's standard, it really doesn't make any sense, since the most renowned restaurants have this service).

A comida é muito boa, bem preparada, muito saboroso e com bons vinhos.
