★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo relacionamento com o cliente! Não fazem um esforço para o cliente, simplesmente atende no horário deles e os clientes que se f***...não atendem nem de sábado para compensar! Parece que não gostam de trabalhar ou não estão precisando alugar..
Poor customer relations! They do not make an effort for the customer, they just pick up on their schedule and the customers that f *** ... they do not even meet on Saturday to compensate! It seems that they do not like to work or they do not need to rent ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estavamos interessados num imóvel da Nova Ribeirania, mas não consegui agendar visita, pois somente disponibilizam visita de segunda a sexta, até as 17h... impossível para mim devido meu trabalho. Reservei o imóvel mesmo assim, porém hoje nos avisaram que o imóvel foi alugado para outro... lamentável.
We were interested in a property in Nova Ribeirania, but I could not schedule a visit, as they only offer a visit from Monday to Friday, until 5:00 pm ... impossible for me because of my work. I booked the property anyway, but today we were told that the property was rented to another ... unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto pela honestidade e correção com que trabalham, já há anos, com imóveis de nossa família. Somente deixo de dar nota máxima por não abrirem nos fins de semana, o que é altamente desejável para o ramo imobiliário.
I like the honesty and correctness with which they work, for years, with properties of our family. I only fail to give maximum marks for not opening on weekends, which is highly desirable for the real estate industry.
