★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Deixei meu cachorro às 8:50 e só fui pegá-lo às 18:30 da noite! Ele ficou quase 8 horas preso e 10 horas sem se alimentar! Meu cachorro chegou em casa agoniado pra comer e beber água! Questionei sobre o tempo e em nenhum momento se desculparam, falando que tinham muitos animais e só tinha 1 pessoa trabalhando, como se não tivessem controle do fluxo da própria empresa, num tom irônico e desrespeitoso. Não recomendo esse local a ninguém e nem retorno mais.
Bad experience! I left my dog at 8:50 and only picked it up at 6:30 pm! He spent almost 8 hours in jail and 10 hours without food! My dog came home in anguish to eat and drink water! I asked about the weather and at no time did they apologize, saying that they had many animals and there was only one person working, as if they had no control over the company's own flow, in an ironic and disrespectful tone. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoalmente o atendimento é rápido, a quantidade de rações é bem variável e os preços são bons. Só não gostei do atendimento pelo WhatsApp pq demoram bastante pra responder. É mais rápido quando ligamos.
Personally, the service is fast, the amount of rations is quite variable and the prices are good. I just didn't like the service by WhatsApp because they take a long time to respond. It's faster when we call.
