Eu tinha uma dúvida e pediram pra mim agendar e comparecer munida da documentação, fiz o que pediram, pra chegar lá e ela mandar outra relação de documentos, incluindo planta e tudo mais, questionei o por que não me disseram as informações por email ou telefone e ela disse que era aquele o procedimento, só passa informações pessoalmente. Falei com a supervisora, foi o mesmo que nada, ela disse que eu estava equivocada kkkkk enfim viajei de santo andré para carapicuiba pra nada.
Terrible service both over the phone and in person. I had a question and they asked me to schedule and appear with the documentation, I did what they asked, to get there and she send another list of documents, including plant and everything else, I asked why they didn't tell me the information by email or phone and she said that was the procedure, she only gives information in person. I spoke with the supervisor, it was the same as nothing, she said I was wrong hahaha, I finally traveled from santo andré to carapicuiba for nothing.
