★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.... dei meu carro usado na troca para fazer a quitação do mesmo financiamento porém nada do valor foi destinado na negociação do veículo novo apenas para quitacao da divida, após o Dut estar no nome da concessionária se recusaram a pagar para Santander alegando que e um problema do Santander pelo fato não realizarem a quitação por boleto, deveriam ter visto antes na negociação da compra e não pós negócio fechado, agora não querem liberar o veículo novo sendo que fiz minha parte entrada...financiamento e 1.200 de documentação e querem reter o meu carro usado sendo que não disponibiliza o uma opção viável ao banco para quitar. Em paralelo cobraram um laudo cautelar de 450 reais na concessionaria sendo na no local que realiza custa 350.
Se vc tem amor ao seu coração fuja dessa concessionária te roubam de todas as formas e não assumem a incompetência.
Vigo Motors nunca mais na hora de vender e pegar seu dinheiro até dançam na sua frente te chamam de parceiro irmão...depois uma dor de cabeça de mais de 30 dias.
Terrible .... I gave my used car in exchange to pay off the same loan but nothing of the amount was used in the negotiation of the new vehicle just to pay off the debt, after Dut being in the name of the dealership refused to pay to Santander claiming which is a problem for Santander because they do not pay the bill, they should have seen it before in the negotiation of the purchase and not after the deal was closed, now they do not want to release the new vehicle and I did my part ... financing and 1,200 documentation and they want to retain my used car as it does not offer a viable option to the bank to pay. In parallel they charged a precautionary report of 450 reais at the dealership, being at the place where it costs 350.
If you have love for your heart, run away from that dealership. They rob you in every way and don't assume incompetence.
Vigo Motors never again to sell and take your money until they dance in front of you call you a brother partner ... then a headache of more than 30 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, o problema que a VW está fora da realidade, fui ver um TCross Highline, que custava mais que um Renegade S 1.3 turbo com teto solar, e sem metade dos equipamentos oferecidos pelo Renegade , além de pedirem 120 dias úteis para entregar o carro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem Domingo 20/02/2022 fui pra conhecer o T cross que só até então conhecia por vídeos e fotos , o carro me interessou , enfim fui lá pra conhecer com minha esposa e talvez comprar , os vendedores estavam ocupados e fiquei esperando minha vez , nessa entrou 2 rapazes derrepente aparentando melhor que nós, pois o vendedor desocupou e Não olhou na nossa cara , sendo que eu estava vendo o carro e ia comprar porque gostei , enfim esperai de novo , entrou um casal e novamente não nos atendeu , ainda bem fui embora , e dei uma passada na Chevrolet na Ricardo Jafet, comprei uma tracker, lá só faltaram estender um tapete pra me atender perdeu a venda , e tenho certeza que o casal tbem não fechou nada (tomara)esse é o padrão VW de atendimento se não for bem vestido ou com cara de ter dinheiro não atendem , bem feito perderam uma venda fácil ontem
