Está me ajudando muito a emagrecer e os profissionais são excelentes, não só tecnicamente falando como no atendimento.
I've been going almost every day for a little over 3 months and it totally changed the way I related to exercise and how I saw the "world of Integrated Training".
It's helping me a lot to lose weight and the professionals are excellent, not only technically speaking but also in the service.
