★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí é muito bom! Porém falta qualidade de atendimento. As meninas não são treinadas, não sabem dar orientações e respondem com muita falta de educação. Eu tive q da orientações para um senhor que estava fazendo um pedido.
Acai is very good! However, the quality of service is lacking. The girls are not trained, they don't know how to give guidance and they respond with a lot of rudeness. I had to give directions to a gentleman who was placing an order.

Liguei pra reclamar que já tinha duas horas do meu pedido e disseram: O motoboy já foi até pra casa. O atendente ainda insinuou que o pedido poderia ter sido entregue... Bizarro o amadorismo da loja.
Bad experience!!! Run away from their delivery!!!!! In 1 week my order was delivered to another place 2 times. I called to complain that I already had two hours of my order and they said: The motoboy has already gone home. The attendant even hinted that the order could have been delivered... Bizarre the amateurism of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí extremamente gostoso, com os acompanhamentos bem divididos/organizados. Um ótimo atendimento, não é um dos mais baratos que já comi, porém pelo atendimento, cuidado, atenção e organização vale a pena.
Extremely tasty açaí, with well divided/organized side dishes. Great service, not one of the cheapest I've ever eaten, but for the service, care, attention and organization it's worth it.
