★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo bem organizado e limpo, bem perto do centro de paulista e do lado da UPA, espaço de recreação e área de lazer. Portaria 24h e câmeras por todo condomínio. Só falha nas vagas de garagem, é uma por apartamento mas tem gente que tem 2 carros e coloca os 2 dentro ocupando a vaga que seria de outra pessoa.
All well organized and clean, very close to the center of São Paulo and next to the UPA, recreation space and leisure area. 24-hour concierge and cameras throughout the condominium. It only fails in the garage spaces, it's one per apartment but there are people who have 2 cars and put the 2 inside occupying the space that would be someone else's.
