★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um total descaso , fiz reserva para hoje dia 31/10e 01/11/20 , queria passar o fds num lugar tranquilo com as crianças,foi a pior escolha que fiz , mesmo eu confirmando a reserva ,quando cheguei ao local , não tinha ninguém estava tudo fechado isso já era 22 eu com duas crianças pequenas no meio do nada , perdi meu tempo e gastei combustível a toa pra esse lugar, indignada com esse estabelecimento.
A total neglect, I made a reservation for today 10/31 and 11/1/20, I wanted to spend the weekend in a quiet place with the children, it was the worst choice I made, even though I confirmed the reservation, when I arrived at the place, there was no one everything was closed it was already 22 me with two small children in the middle of nowhere, I wasted my time and spent fuel for nothing at this place, outraged by this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha reserva confirmaram, cheguei no local portão fechado, fiquei uma hora no local, ligando e mandando mensagem, absurdo, após uma hora retornaram dizendo que cancelaram, mas como assim? Sem avisar o hospede, fui com criança e papagaio, 2 horas gastei pedágio e gasolina, quem arcará com meus prejuízos? Não recomendo
I made my reservation confirmed, I arrived at the closed gate location, I stayed an hour there, calling and texting, absurd, after an hour they returned saying they canceled, but how so? Without telling the guest, I went with a child and parrot, 2 hours spent toll and gas, who will bear my losses? I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos positivos: Funcionários atenciosos, tio da recreação excelente, espaço legal, piscina limpa.
Pontos negativos: O quarto tem uma divisória de madeira, o que permite ouvir absolutamente tudo do quarto vizinho, cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis. Meu marido teve crise de rinite e só conseguiu dormir depois do efeito da medicação.
Conversamos com o dono, que nos explicou os projetos para melhoria. Acredito que logo estará melhor.
Positives: Attentive staff, excellent recreation uncle, cool space, clean pool.
Negative points: The room has a wooden partition, which allows you to hear absolutely everything from the neighboring room, bed and uncomfortable pillows. My husband had a rhinitis crisis and was only able to sleep after the effect of the medication.
We talked to the owner, who explained the projects for improvement. I believe it will soon be better.
