★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons profissionais, tem aulas de jump, funcional, dança, Cross... Já inclusa na mensalidade. Mas deixa a desejar na estrutura, pintura muito antiga, só tem um banheiro masculino e um feminino e o feminino está precisando de manutenções básicas ( tampa do vaso), porta, alguns, senti falta de alguns equipamentos básicos e até mesmo álcool pra limpar os equipamentos.
Por ser a única academia na vila da fábrica deveria ser bem mais cuidada, atrairia um público bem maior também.
Good professionals, they have classes in jump, functional, dance, Cross... Already included in the monthly fee. But it leaves something to be desired in the structure, very old painting, there is only one male and one female bathroom and the female one is in need of basic maintenance (vase lid), door, some, I missed some basic equipment and even alcohol to clean the equipments.
As it is the only gym in the factory village, it should be much better maintained, it would attract a much larger audience as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como novato na academia, posso assegurar que como cliente, amigo e usuário da mesma, que o instrutor/professor chamado "Dinho" é super bem preparado para executar sua profissão. Cara bacana atencioso com os alunos exige de vc seu melhor é como se ele preparasse vc de fato para que sua vida se torne melhor, falando na execução dos exercícios, esclarece dúvidas e compreende bem suas limitações. Quanto à professora, ainda não tive o prazer de treinar com ela, mas também aparenta ser bastante atenciosa, além de muito bonita também. No geral, pessoas muito acolhedoras, tenho certeza que tenho muito a ganhar iniciando os treinos por lá.
As a novice at the gym, I can assure you that as a client, friend and user of the gym, the instructor/teacher called "Dinho" is super well prepared to perform his profession. Nice guy attentive to the students, he demands your best from you, it's as if he really prepared you for your life to become better, talking about the execution of the exercises, clarifies doubts and understands your limitations well. As for the teacher, I haven't had the pleasure of training with her yet, but she also seems to be very attentive, as well as very pretty. Overall, very welcoming people, I'm sure I have a lot to gain by starting training there.
