★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third visit to this Hotel. It's a all inclusive service. Good staff and although we had a problem with the room, they moved us to another room in a short time. The pool is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good swimming pools. Food not so great. Noisy and not so renovated rooms. Woke up all mornings at 8AM with noisy housekeeping karts. One bed broke down on the first night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a lot to offer in its structure which is good with its large pool and three restaurants. The staff and animators were always very attend and helpful!
For families the hotel can be ok.
Still I only give III stars.
The rooms are old with kranky stuff in it, dirty walls and the shower has those black muffy lines between the tiles.
One day the cleaners left a floor cleaning cloth in the crib of the baby.
The food is not that good, especially the dinners in the versatil and cajuina restaurants were disappointing. In several occasions we heard the excuse that drinks and food was missing because suppliers failed to deliver.
Ridiculous is that waiters are instructed to hide whiskey red label and bacardi, so every time I wanted one of these drinks I had to put up with one of these waiters pretending there was no such drinks. This really annoyed me.
The beach on pictures looks marvelous right? In reality it is a kind of highway for buggies, quads and 4x4 off roads. It was dangerous to leave kids alone on the beach.
Wifi sucks at the entire venue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day here so far and some serious issues: you can only use one beach/pool towel per day. So, if you go in the morning, you need to reuse in the afternoon the same (still wet) towel. Also, the dinning experience so far, was quite limited the available options (at least to my taste)
