No que tenho lá, no Villa das goiabeiras, tem câmeras internas e externas em todos os blocos e nas áreas comuns, espaço fitness equipado, salão de festa com frizer, data show, mesas. Duas churrasqueiras, piscina adulto e infantil, espaço kids, play groud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar a chegada, vias de acesso mostrando sinais de abandono. Ciclo faixas, calsadas e canteiros ocupadas por barracas, diferente do que é anunciado pela MRV.
Needs to improve arrival, access roads showing signs of abandonment. Cycle tracks, sidewalks and flowerbeds occupied by tents, different from what is announced by MRV.
