Além de tudo a loja é LINDA, muito bem organizada e ainda da para ver o nosso cachorrinho tomando banho, simplesmente AMEI!!!!

Besides everything the store is LINDA, very well organized and you can still see our puppy taking a bath, I just LOVED IT !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos a minha maltês para banho e tosa e o serviço ficou horrível. O corte ficou torto, a orelha da cachorra toda suja e nem estava cheirando perfume...
Ligamos na loja para reclamar e nos foi proposto levar a cachorrinha para consertar o serviço. Como não conseguimos levar a cachorrinha no horário marcado a Marcela sugeriu devolver o dinheiro, o que foi aceito. Ficamos esperando ela vir entregar o dinheiro e não veio...Ao retornar a ligação, o Lucas ignorante e debochado ficou rindo da cara da minha mãe e ironizando a situação, inclusive, disse que não queria vê -lá passar na porta da loja e que não iria devolver dinheiro nenhum. Quando cheguei em casa e vi minha mãe tremendo de raiva liguei para ele falando que era para ele saber tratar as pessoas e que não admitia isso! Enfim, ele veio entregar o dinheiro xingando palavrões e quase bateu no carro do meu marido fazendo gracinha...não levei a polícia na loja dele porque não queria arrumar maiores problemas...A Marcela é muito educada e sabe conversar, enquanto que esse Lucas é um debochado, folgado e sem educação! Nunca mais levo minhas cachorras lá!
We took my Maltese for a bath and groom and the service was horrible. The cut was crooked, the dog's ear was all dirty and it wasn't even smelling perfume ...
We called the store to complain and we were asked to take the dog to fix the service. As we were unable to take the dog at the appointed time, Marcela suggested returning the money, which was accepted. We waited for her to come and deliver the money and she didn't come ... When she returned the call, Lucas, ignorant and debauched, laughed at my mother's face and made fun of the situation, and even said that he didn't want to see her go by the store door that I would not return any money. When I got home and saw my mother shaking with anger, I called him saying that he was supposed to know how to treat people and that he wouldn't admit it! Anyway, he came to deliver the money cursing curses and almost hit my husband's car with a smile ... I didn't take the police to his store because I didn't want to get into any major problems ... Marcela is very polite and knows how to talk, while this Lucas is debauched, loose and uneducated! I never take my dogs there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre dei banho no local, sempre um preço diferente! A cachorra chega lá, faço o pix e me ligam dizendo..."aqui vai aumentar 5,00 pois ela é maior do que imaginávamos, etc...." E nunca recebi o desconto que tanto fazem propaganda no whatsapp! Tirando o valor que smepre muda! Gostamos muito das tosas e banhos!
I always bathed on site, always at a different price! The dog arrives there, I do the pix and they call me saying..."here it will increase by 5.00 because she is bigger than we imagined, etc..." And I never received the discount that is advertised so much on whatsapp! Taking away the value that always changes! We really like the grooming and bathing!
