★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja hoje a noite e atendimento zero, falaram uma coisa e dois não podia por conta do sistema, me senti super prejudicado, uma verdadeira falta de consideração com o cliente, gostei muito das roupas, porem cancelei tudo por falta de informação dos funcionários, sou um cara muito calmo mas desta vez não aguentei. Espero que as pessoas responsáveis olhem mais como os clientes e os problemas estão sendo guiados pelos seus vendedores.
I went to the store tonight and had zero customer service, they said one thing and two couldn't because of the system, I felt super harmed, a real lack of consideration for the customer, I really liked the clothes, but I canceled everything due to lack of information from the employees , I'm a very calm guy but this time I couldn't take it. I hope that responsible people will look more like customers and problems are being guided by their salespeople.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vendedor despreparado perguntei se tinha camisa casual e ele disse que não e já foi encerrando o atendimento senti que ele estava me expulsando da loja... olhei pro lado e vi todas as camisas casuais que eu ja via visto no site que tem sim camisa casual ... vendedor totalmente despreparado acha que só tem camisa social na vila romana e trata mal cliente que pede por camisa casual
