★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio show de bola. Com pessoas e funcionários educadíssimos. Recomendo!! Muito verde, lindo a natureza, com os cantos dos pássaros e os macaquinhos nas árvores. Muito lindo. Se eu tivesse dinheiro comprava um apt pra mim lá.
Condo ball show. With very polite people and staff. I recommend!! Very green, beautiful nature, with birdsong and monkeys in the trees. Very beautiful. If I had money I would buy an apt for myself there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A visão que temos da frente do condomínio não é muito boa. Mas assim que adentramos o conjunto habitacional observamos a organização e a beleza nos recintos e jardins. A tecnologia está presente no acesso de veículos através de reconhecimento facial. A guarita recuada é muito eficaz em termos de segurança. A área de esporte/lazer é diversificada, constando: campinho de futebol telado, pequena pista de skate, piscinas de adulto e criança distintas, aparelhamento ao ar livre para exercícios, vias para caminhada, dentre outros. Além da Compesa, três poços artesianos abastecem os apartamentos. Uma parada de ônibus na porta leva os usuários para qualquer parte da região metropolitana do Recife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um condomínio localizado em um lugar bastante arejado e cercado por floresta, a paisagem é bonita e traz tranquilidade. Numa zona verde, fica em uma área com uma fauna diversa, e aparece sagui pelas redondezas do condomínio.

Apesar de que desde a virada do ano de 2021 para 2022 que foi o pior desrespeito ao direito do outro que já vi nesse condomínio,deram uma parada! acredito que se continuarem o desrespeito vão ter que se ver com as autoridades responsáveis!
I don't like the noise of loud music when there are parties there... Although from the turn of the year 2021 to 2022 it was the worst disrespect for the rights of others I've ever seen in this condominium, they stopped! I believe that if the disrespect continues, they will have to deal with the responsible authorities!
