Após duas semanas cobrei o orçamento e a vendedora me informou que estava aguardando o fornecedor lhe enviar outros valores de material. Fiquei sem entender nada mas aceitei.
Após um mês nada ainda, nenhuma resposta. Novamente entrei em contato e para minha surpresa , me disseram não poderiam realizar meu serviço nesse momento, pois estavam com a agendaa até 2022 lotada!!!!
Por que então não me deram essa informação de início??? Assim não perderia meu tempo.
I requested a quote, the seller told me that after 2 or 3 days she would give me the values via WhatsApp.
After two weeks I covered the budget and the seller informed me that she was waiting for the supplier to send her other material values. I didn't understand anything but I accepted.
After a month still nothing, no response. Again I got in touch and to my surprise, they told me they couldn't do my job at that time, because their schedule until 2022 was full!!!!
Why then didn't they give me this information at first??? That way I wouldn't waste my time.
