★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detestei. Passei uma raiva enorme no dia do aniversario do meu filho. Compramos balões de Helio (caros) e qd fomos buscar nao tinham feito. Esqueceram! Qd encheram (comigo la esperando) nao tinham fitas da cor e nenhum acabamento para o balão . Fora isso a musica é muito alta, que nao te deixa nem racionar. Funcionários sao tranquilos mas precisam de motivação urgente. Nao volto nunca mais.
I hated it. I went through a lot of anger on my son's birthday. We bought Helio balloons (expensive) and when we went to get them they hadn't done it. They forgot! Qd filled (with me there waiting) had no ribbons of color and no finish for the balloon. Other than that the music is very loud, which does not even let you ration. Employees are easygoing but need urgent motivation. I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de chegar na loja, eram 12:57 e os funcionários estavam fechando as janelas, no Instagram está falando que até às 18h. Meu marido enquanto descia do carro, um funcionário fechou a porta relatando que fechavam às 13h. Falta de delicadeza, pelo menos para avisar que já estavam fechando.
I just arrived at the store, it was 12:57 and the employees were closing the windows, on Instagram they say that until 18:00. My husband, while getting out of the car, an employee closed the door reporting that they closed at 1:00 pm. Lack of delicacy, at least to warn that they were already closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, comprei MUITA coisa lá para o Natal, como faço todo ano (não só no Natal, pois eu compro sempre nessa loja), porém quando fui trocar um item, fui destratada, ignorada, isso pra não dizer que humilhada! Triste um comércio tratar seus clientes dessa maneira, pois quando vamos gastar (e MUITO, pq lá TUDO É CARO) não tratam dessa forma, mas quando é o cliente que precisa de ajuda, como uma troca, eles nos tratam como lixo! Fiquem espertos, pois próximo a vcs tem outras lojas melhores e por causa de um atendimento desses vcs podem ir a falência! Infelizmente!
Bad service, I bought A LOT of things there for Christmas, as I do every year (not only at Christmas, as I always buy at this store), but when I went to change an item, I was treated badly, ignored, not to mention humiliated! It's sad for a business to treat its customers this way, because when we're going to spend (and A LOT, because EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE there) they don't treat it that way, but when it's the customer who needs help, like an exchange, they treat us like garbage! Stay tuned, because close to you there are other better stores and because of a service these you can go bankrupt! Unfortunately!
