★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Liguei pra agendar uma visita pra fazerem um orçamento, pegaram nome, telefone, endereço, ponto de referência, bairro... dia e hora marcados, mas então alguém apareceu? Não. Ligaram pra dar alguma justificativa ou satisfação? Não. Enfim se é assim que tratam os clientes fico feliz em não ter me tornado uma.
Terrible. I called to schedule a visit to make a budget, they got their name, phone, address, point of reference, neighborhood ... scheduled day and time, but then someone came? No. Did you call to give any justification or satisfaction? No. Anyway, if that's how customers are treated, I'm glad I didn't become one.
