Esperei por 40 minutos pelo meu hamburger, onde ainda entregaram a opção errada que era R$10,00 mais cara e ainda me fizeram pegar pelo erro deles. O rodízio muito lento também, com intervalos também de 40 minutos entre todas as vezes que os hambúrgueres vinham.
O garçom era bem educado e a comida era boa, mas pela falta de organização e mal gerenciamento naquele dia eu e as outras 5 pessoas que estavam comida naquela noite nunca mais mais gostaríamos de voltar na Villa 182 Hamburgueria!
 Extremely slow service. The wait was over half an hour for everyone. I waited for 40 minutes for my hamburger, where they still delivered the wrong option, which was R$10.00 more expensive, and made me pick up on their mistake. The carvery was very slow too, with 40-minute breaks between every time the burgers came.
The waiter was very polite and the food was good, but due to the lack of organization and poor management that day, I and the other 5 people who were eating that night would never again want to go back to Villa 182 Hamburgueria!

Entretanto, após realizarmos o consumo e ficar conversando, sentimos que estávamos "sendo expulsos" para que pudesse liberar a mesa. Onde só queríamos ficar conversando.
Talvez retornaria, mas a experiência foi comprometida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburgueria muito boa, hambúrgueres bons e a batata muito crocante. O ponto alto com toda certeza é a maionese que acompanha o combo.
Very good hamburger, good hamburgers and very crispy potato. The highlight is definitely the mayonnaise that comes with the combo.
