★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há duas semana estive lá para fazer as unhas cheguei as 18hs e me disseram que tinham duas pessoas na frente, me perguntaram se eu podia esperar. Eu disse que sim e eles me deram uma média de 40 min se espera. Esperei para ser atendida por 1h e 10min até que a atendente veio até mim e disse que não ia poder me atender por causa do horário. Eu fiquei sem acreditar no que estava acontecendo, pois eu ia viajar na manhã seguinte e seria dificil achar um outro salão para me atender. Educadamente implorei pelo atendimento e fui ignorada por todos funcionários. Me senti humilhada, esperei por uma hora para ser convidada a me retirar do local pq ninguém ia me atender. Nunca passei por isso e espero não passar de novo. Muito descaso e desrespeito com o cliente.
Two weeks ago I was there to do my nails I arrived at 6 pm and they told me they had two people in front, they asked me if I could wait. I said yes and they gave me an average of 40 min expected. I waited to be answered for 1h and 10min until the attendant came to me and said she couldn't answer me because of the time. I couldn't believe what was going on, because I was going to travel the next morning and it would be hard to find another room to meet me. I politely begged for the service and was ignored by all the staff. I felt humiliated, I waited for an hour to be asked to leave because no one would attend me. I have never been through this and hope not to pass again. Much neglect and disrespect with the customer.
