 Very nice place to live. Located in Sorocaba, neighborhood with good infrastructure, near the main exits of the city.
It has a leisure center, with ample space for events and has a beautiful duck pond.
Great neighborhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma casa sem saber da existência da associação que por sinal é uma máquina de ganhar dinheiro, não me foi entregue uma cópia do tal contrato da associação onde diz que sou associado a eles e recebo todo o mês um boleto de quase R$80,00 (OBS: Caso não pague os boletos você pode perder a sua casa pois eles entraram com uma ação judicial pedindo o seu imóvel como quitação da dívida).
As câmeras de monitoramento quando solicitado as imagens nunca é entregue, as manutenções nas áreas são bem falhas, a área verde mais tem lixo do que árvore e a ronda dos guardas caiu muito a qualidade depois da instalação das câmeras.
Não recomendo!
I bought a house without knowing the existence of the association, which by the way is a money-making machine, I was not given a copy of the association's contract where it says that I am associated with them and I receive a bill of almost R $ 80.00 every month. (NOTE: If you do not pay the slips you may lose your home as they have filed a lawsuit asking for your property as payment of the debt).
The monitoring cameras, when requested, the images are never delivered, the maintenance in the areas is quite flawed, the green area has more garbage than trees and the round of guards dropped a lot in quality after the installation of the cameras.
I do not recommend!
