★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comi os doces da Villa do Doce e são realmente MUITO bons, porém me decepcionei muito com o último atendimento. Na última sexta-feira encomentei uma caixa com 7 docinhos para presentear uma pessoa, fiquei de buscar na segunda-feira 15:30. Na segunda, 09h, sou informada de que no domingo a pessoa que faz os doces teve um imprevisto e não conseguiu preparar meus doces e portanto não poderia mais me entregar minha encomenda (detalhe, eram apenas 7 docinhos para buscar as 15:30, ainda eram 09h). Mas tudo bem, imprevistos acontecem! Perguntei se poderia buscar então na terça-feira e ela combinou comigo às 15h, disse que poderia sim me entregar na terça. Terça de manhã, 09h, MESMA COISA! Recebo outra mensagem de desculpas dizendo que chegou tarde de um evento na segunda e não conseguiu fazer meus doces. Fiquei na mãos pois eram docinhos personalizados e não conseguiria encomendar em outro lugar para o mesmo dia. Infelizmente perdeu uma cliente. Pode até ser uma encomenda pequena, mas um bom atendimento honra com os compromissos independente disso. Pensa só se fosse um bolo e doces para uma festinha? Bem pior..
I have already eaten the Villa do Doce sweets and they are really VERY good, but I was very disappointed with the last service. Last Friday I ordered a box with 7 sweets to give to someone, I was to pick it up on Monday at 3:30 pm. On Monday, 9 am, I am informed that on Sunday the person who makes the sweets had an unforeseen event and was unable to prepare my sweets and therefore could no longer deliver my order (detail, there were only 7 sweets to pick up at 15:30, still it was 9 am). But okay, unforeseen events happen! I asked if I could pick it up then on Tuesday and she agreed with me at 3pm, said she could deliver it on Tuesday. Tuesday morning, 9am, SAME THING! I get another apology message saying that I was late for an event on Monday and was unable to make my sweets. I stayed in the hands because they were personalized sweets and I would not be able to order elsewhere for the same day. Unfortunately he lost a client. It may even be a small order, but good service honors commitments regardless. Think only if it was a cake and sweets for a party? Much worse ..
