â â â â â ExperiĂŞncia horrĂvel, local cheio de formigas e baratas, estrutura velha. Tinha pago uma semana ĂŠ sĂł consegui ficar 2 dias, perdi meu dinheiro pois nĂŁo negociaram mesmo eu mandando vĂdeos e fotos do acontecido, dizendo que era normal aparecer baratas.
 Horrible experience, place full of ants and cockroaches, old structure. I had paid for a week and I only managed to stay for 2 days, I lost my money because they didn't negotiate, even though I sent videos and photos of what happened, saying that it was normal to appear cheap.

Embora nĂŁo fique tĂŁo prĂłximo da av. Beira Mar, que ĂŠ o lugar mais procurado de Fortaleza, fica a menos de 300m da Praia do Futuro, que tambĂŠm ĂŠ agradĂĄvel. Super recomendo o Villa do Sol Flat!
Lovely place in every detail. If you are looking for a cozy, organized, quiet, clean place with dedicated and extremely attentive staff, make sure you stay at Villa do Sol Flat. Exceeded expectations !! Although it does not get so close to Av. Beira Mar, Fortaleza's most sought after location, is less than 300m from Futuro Beach, which is also nice. Super I recommend the Villa do Sol Flat!

Ambiente aconchegante no lazer, funcionårio da recepção atencioso e educado nota: (10) ao Cainã.
Cheguei de madrugada ao hotel, tivemos um ótimo atendimento no check-in com grupo de 18 pessoas que vieram de Goiânia.
Quartos com ambiente grande ótima decoração, tudo muito simples. ótimas camas, não poderia deixar de falar da cozinha excelente. o banheiro deixa de ser desejåvel super apertado.
Recomendaria esse hotel para todos, quartos com capacidade 6 pessoas.
Ăłtima infraestrutura e super bem localizado a 2 minutos de caminhada da Praia do Futuro e o Crocobeach..

I arrived at the hotel at dawn, we had great service at check-in with a group of 18 people who came from Goiânia.
Rooms with great ambience, great decor, all very simple. great beds, could not help but speak of the excellent kitchen. the bathroom is no longer desirable super tight.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone, rooms with capacity for 6 people.
great infrastructure and very well located 2 minutes walk from Praia do Futuro and Crocobeach ..

â â â â â Em 2019 fiz uma viagem a Fortaleza e fiquei hospedada nesse local por trĂŞs dias. Achei bem aconchegante, Ăłtima receptividade e atendimento, quarto limpo e organizado e o preço bem acessĂvel. AlĂŠm disso, ĂŠ bem perto da praia, dĂĄ pra ir a pĂŠ. Foi perfeito!
In 2019 I took a trip to Fortaleza and stayed there for three days. I found it very cozy, great reception and service, clean and organized room and very affordable price. Besides, it's very close to the beach, you can walk. It was perfect!
