I really like the service the reception is very good the place is safe with good infrastructure environment is great clean the staff are attentive polite and very affectionate with dogs The value is fair. I have always been very well attended and my dogs are beautiful with the care of the Villa dos Pets. Very satisfied!!! Gratitude !!!

Porém, hoje 09.09.2021 passamos por um inconveniente, deixaram nosso cachorro preso dentro do canil modular junto com a sua guia, o mesmo acabou mordendo, ficando prestes a romper . Visto que a guia deve ser colada na chegada do tutor, relatamos o ocorrido mas não tivemos um posicionamento coerente sobre a situação.
We always had a good service and excellent service. However, today 09.09.2021 we went through an inconvenience, they left our dog trapped inside the modular kennel along with its guide, it ended up biting, getting ready to break. Since the guide must be glued upon the arrival of the tutor, we report what happened but we did not have a coherent position on the situation.
