Hotel delight. The owner and staff are very attentive and offer a first class service. Rooms are beautiful. Wonderful breakfast and dinner.

A Paula faz uma comida maravilhosa, vale a pena jantar todos os dias lá sobre a piscina e o céu estrelado. Café da manhã muito bom, melhor pão de queijo da nossa vida, tudo com bom gosto e qualidade. Decoração minimalista mas cheia de pormenores. Tudo foi perfeito e ficamos com muita vontade de voltar! Obrigada a todos!
We love it! A wonderful experience, the entire team is very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Paula makes wonderful food, it's worth having dinner there every day over the pool and the starry sky. Very good breakfast, best cheese bread of our life, all with good taste and quality. Minimalist decor but full of details. Everything was perfect and we really want to go back! Thank you all!

Recomendo aproveitar para jantar na pousada, todos os pratos são muito bem servidos e deliciosos. Ótima carta de vinhos. Conforto do início ao fim.

I recommend taking the opportunity to have dinner at the inn, all dishes are very well served and delicious. Great wine list. Comfort from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caraiva is a magnificent hidden paradise, tucked away in south Bahia, free from cars and set between a lagoon and the sea. This pousada is a gem of a place. Tranquil and well managed, you feel immediately at home. The staff are really friendly and attentive and the owners, Rodrigo and Carol, I can't give them enough praise other than they welcomed us as one of their own. Breakfast is amazing and home made. If you have experienced Brazilian food, the Pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) is the best I have tried. Tapioca crepes are the best way to start your day followed by fresh fruit and home made sweets and cakes. We came here for our honeymoon and can honestly recommend this for anyone looking for somewhere special to enjoy a romantic trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Fulo is a hidden gem in magical Caraiva. With only four rooms and a pool in the middle it feels truly private.
The breakfast is beyond delicious, which you will find on a beautiful wooden table in the morning. Fresh juice is prepared not before the first guests show up to ensure that it‘s as fresh as possible. Tapioca and eggs are also prepared on demand. You can definitely see, that all the different food is of highest quality, hand made, or hand picked.
Late afternoon there‘s complimentary cake and coffee. On the rooftop there is a whirlpool which can be heated up if you ask. The rooms are so lovely and the owners are so so nice and helpful, we didn‘t even want to leave.
We could continue our list of things we loved about this place, instead we just recommend you to stay here if you are in Caraiva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were amazing throughout, very accommodating, they make a mean breakfast every day, and they are full of great advice for things to do in the area.
We started our honeymoon here, and it felt like a fantasy. Caraiva is a magical place, and Villa Fulô made it even more special. Sitting down to breakfast beneath a pergola with hummingbirds getting their breakfast from the hibiscus flowers hanging overhead was a real highlight.
