★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na pousada com minha esposa no fim de semana de 01/04/22. Super recomendo a pousada e também a cafeteria! A instalação que ficamos faz parte do casarão histórico da propriedade, nos quartos a equipe conseguiu manter a originalidade da arquitetura e unir com um aconchego especial, muito limpo, cheiroso e organizado!
Quanto a cafeteria, só provando... Tudo uma delícia!
 I was at the inn with my wife on the weekend of 01/04/22. I highly recommend the inn and also the cafeteria! The installation we stayed in is part of the property's historic mansion, in the rooms the team managed to maintain the originality of the architecture and unite it with a special coziness, very clean, fragrant and organized!
As for the cafeteria, just tasting... Everything is delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha família fomos muito mal recepcionados na nossa última visita (26/02/22), um local bem indicado e com um atendimento péssimo. Não volto e não recomendo. Fomos constrangidos ao sermos convidados a aguardar uma mesa na chuva ou voltar outro dia (já que a mesa estava desocupando e não foi permitido aguardar na varanda. GOSTARIA DE DEIXAR BEM CLARO QUE AS PESSOAS JÁ ESTAVAM SE LEVANTANDO PARA SAIR). Existem muitas formas de falar com o cliente e o jeito mal educado com certeza não é o melhor.
Respondendo seu comentário: digo que a realidade nada mais é que a percepção individual dos fatos. Portanto, a realidade pra mim foi outra. A minha percepção como cliente foi a descrita. Se você estivesse bem atenta, teria visto que uma das mesas da varanda já estava se retirando.
My family and I were very poorly received on our last visit (26/02/22), a well-appointed place with terrible service. I won't be back and I don't recommend it. We were embarrassed to be asked to wait for a table in the rain or come back another day (since the table was vacating and it was not allowed to wait on the balcony. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT PEOPLE WERE ALREADY GETTING UP TO LEAVE). There are many ways to talk to the customer and the rude way is certainly not the best.
Answering your comment: I say that reality is nothing more than the individual perception of facts. So the reality for me was different. My perception as a customer was as described. If you had been paying close attention, you would have seen that one of the porch tables was already moving away.

Cheguei com minha família e estava chovendo. Estávamos aguardando na varanda para sentar (pois uma mesa já estava desocupando) e com muita grosseria uma senhora que trabalha no local nos mandou embora (sugerindo retornar outro dia ou aguardar na chuva). Foi uma situação extremamente desagradável. Certamente, há várias formas de se comunicar com os clientes e essa não foi acertada. Não voltaremos.
Ainda bem que a região, que é linda, conta com outras opções. Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos em outro lugar.
The place was recommended by friends.
I arrived with my family and it was raining. We were waiting on the balcony to be seated (as a table was already vacating) and a lady who works at the place very rudely sent us away (suggesting to return another day or wait in the rain). It was an extremely unpleasant situation. Of course, there are several ways to communicate with customers and this one was not right. We won't be back.
Fortunately, the region, which is beautiful, has other options. We were very well received and taken care of elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa hospedagem na pousada foi um ótima experiência. Fomos em dois casais de amigos, com a intenção de aproveitar a região e conhecer o Parque Nacional do Caparaó, infelizmente o clima no fim de semana que fomos estava chuvoso, mas aproveitamos muito a pousada, restaurantes e outras cachoeiras como a do Chiador. É tudo muito próximo mesmo! O casarão é realmente lindo, como nas fotos e o atendimento super acolhedor, nos sentimos em casa. O ponto auge da nossas hospedagem foi, sem dúvidas, o café da manhã na cafeteria. Sou vegana e a Cecília teve todo cuidado em relação a isso. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo!
Our stay at the inn was a great experience. We went with two couples of friends, with the intention of enjoying the region and getting to know the Caparaó National Park, unfortunately the weather on the weekend we went was rainy, but we really enjoyed the inn, restaurants and other waterfalls such as Chiador. It's all very close indeed! The house is really beautiful, as in the photos and the super welcoming service, we felt at home. The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the breakfast in the cafeteria. I'm vegan and Cecília was very careful about it. I will definitely come back and recommend!
