Atendimento totalmente desorganizado, passam um valor e depois do serviço feito querem cobrar a mais, depois relataram que o pacote com pagamento mensal contempla apenas 3 banhos, sendo que o mês tem 4 semanas. Na tentativa de resolução do problema, simplesmente me bloquearam. Se não querem se estressar, simplesmente não fechem pacotes de banho com essa pet shop.
Unfortunately I had the bad experience of closing a package with baths for weeks. Totally disorganized service, they spend an amount and after the service is done they want to charge more, then they reported that the package with monthly payment includes only 3 baths, and the month has 4 weeks. In an attempt to solve the problem, they just blocked me. If you don't want to stress, just don't close bath packages with this pet shop.
