★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas semanas eles colocam o encarte enganoso, prometer diversas frutas na promoção, mas quando vc vai ao super mercado não TEM, por exemplo já é duas semanas em seguida que tento comprar morango ? e ?, chegando lá não tem, fui em horários diferentes para vê se era isso que não se encaixava, mesmo assim não consegui comprar as mercadorias, eles usam de propagando ENGANOSA, para atrair clientes, acho uma faltar de respeito com consumidor, então falei com gerente do supermercado, o mesmo falou que era culpa do mercado, então fui em outro supermercado tira as prova do 9, chegando supermercado telefrango, tinhA 7 Tipos de verduras e frutas na promoção no total, todos estavam disponíveis para compras nas pasteleiras.
Fiquei abismado com a situação que Villabox está tratando os seus consumidores, então fui no Instagram dele como o bom clientes e fiz a criticar construtiva, até pq eu tava criticando atrás de comprar algo, e o mesmo que É responsável pela página(Instagram) não demostraram o mínimo de respeito, simplesmente apagaram meu comentário, então em seguida fiz outro comentário novamente eles apagaram.
Tipo eles querem esconder a sujeira para de baixo do tapete. Lamentável!
Então fui no Direct da página e fiz a criticar construtiva novamente, e até presente momento eles não me responderam, poxa por um supermercado que está abrindo as portas recentemente e tratar seus clientes assim, imagina daqui o tempo!
Faltou educação, hepatia, profissionalismo dentro outros, sem dizer que o Gerente me respondeu com total tom de ironia. Rapaz eu tava atrás de comprar e não perdi NADA a vcs.
Mas pode ter certeza que a cor do meu dinheiro vcs não verem mais E NUNCA!
Faço minhas compras no supermercado Telefrango, nunca tiver problemas com eles, fui da um voto de confiança a vcs, e vcs me trataram dessa maneira.

I was appalled by the situation that Villabox is treating its consumers, so I went on his Instagram as the good customer and I did the constructive criticism, because I was criticizing after buying something, and the same one who is responsible for the page (Instagram) no they showed a minimum of respect, they simply deleted my comment, then I made another comment again and they deleted it.
Like they want to hide the dirt under the carpet. Unfortunate!
So I went to the page's Direct and did the constructive criticism again, and so far they have not answered me, hey for a supermarket that is opening its doors recently and treating its customers like this, imagine the weather!
There was a lack of education, hepatitis, professionalism in others, not to mention that the Manager answered me with total irony. Boy, I was after buying and I lost NOTHING to you.
But you can be sure that the color of my money you will never see EVER!
I do my shopping at the Telefrango supermarket, I never have problems with them, I gave you a vote of confidence, and you treated me that way.
