★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada muito agradável! Tudo limpo e organizado. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Quartos confortáveis. Falta apenas melhorar o bar molhado e ampliar a área do café da manhã. Nesses tempos, fica um pouco apertado. Mesmo assim, recomendo.
 Very nice hostel! Everything clean and organized. Attentive and polite staff. Comfortable rooms. All that remains is to improve the wet bar and expand the breakfast area. In those times, it gets a little tight. Even so, I recommend it.

Minha surpresa ruim foi o hotel não devolver o pagamento ou pelo menos oferecer um voucher para uma nova data. Achei muita falta de respeito com o consumidor. O hotel tem vagas para o período que reservei, ou seja, não seria prejuízo nenhum. Reclamei na Hotels.com e disseram que a culpa é do hotel que é inflexível, falei com o Hotel e disseram que a culpa é da Hotels.com. É dessa forma que vcs querem trabalhar com turismo? Lesando seus clientes sem contextualizar uma situação. Imperdoável e lastimável.
I bought tickets to Carnaporto and made a reservation at this hotel. The event was canceled because of Covid and I canceled the trip. My bad surprise was the hotel did not refund the payment or at least offer a voucher for a new date. I found it very disrespectful to the consumer. The hotel has vacancies for the period I booked, that is, it would not be any loss. I complained to Hotels.com and they said it's the hotel's fault which is inflexible, I spoke to the Hotel and they said it's Hotels.com's fault. Is this how you want to work with tourism? Harming your customers without contextualizing a situation. Unforgivable and pitiful.
