★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calmo e tranquilo, mas é bem afastado de tudo (mesmo contando com Vans e Ônibus). Os imóveis são bem construídos, mas são pequenos. Indicaria n para um casal e no máximo com um filho. O valor de aluguel condomínio em média é o mesmo que de outros imóveis melhor localizados.
Quiet and peaceful, but it is well away from everything (even with Vans and Buses). The properties are well built, but they are small. I would indicate n for a couple and at most with a child. The average rental price is the same as that of other better located properties.

Qto aos funcionários ; para mim tbm são tds legais , aí tbm vai muito do jeito que são tratados pelos moradores existem pessoas e pessoas!!!! Ok! boa tarde!
It was cool, it really is very quiet and a deafening silence. For those who like a quiet place to rest !!!!! At least on my street, I can't complain about anything. Qto employees; for me they are also legal, then it goes a lot the way people are treated there are people and people !!!! OK! good afternoon!
