★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é ruim, mas poderia ser bem melhor. Cuidados com a jardinagem deixam a desejar. A planta do apartamento é espaçosa na sala, e a cozinha americana é um bom ponto. A cozinha é um pouco esquisita, assim como o banheiro (não tem onde colocar varão de toalha, por exemplo). Mas dá pra constituir um bom lar.
It's not bad, but it could be a lot better. Care with gardening leaves something to be desired. The floor plan of the apartment is spacious in the living room, and the American kitchen is a good point. The kitchen is a little weird, as well as the bathroom (there's nowhere to put a towel rail, for example). But you can make a good home.
