Porém, como em todo lugar, ainda tem muita gente sem o mínimo de educação e sem amor ao próximo, com som alto, arrastado de móveis o dia inteiro em aptos de piso superior. Principalmente, qdo vc loca o apto e a proprietária mente descaradamente pra vc. Não me deixou visitar o apto antes de fazer a pintura, pq queria "maquiar" as manchas da água de ralo q desce do WC do apto de cima. Qdo fiz a visita ao apto, houve um arrastado de móveis no apto de cima e ela me disse: Estão fazendo limpeza. Mentirosa, são todos os dias e o dia inteiro, até 10 a 11 hs da noite. Além de alguns finais de semana, haver karaokê, em frente ao Residencial, num Container, tipo Lanche. Deveria ser proibido isso, mas, parece q o condomínio aqui, não serve pra nada!
