★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar a cidade em si já é boa iracemapolis, mais no quesito pós venda da parte da construtora péssimos tudo atrasado desde a entrega da unidade até a área de lazer, depois que eles recebem o valor da casa esquece dos seus prazos e compromissos cuidado com a construtora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tinha tudo pra ser bom... mas na verdade é um pesadelo, casas com péssimo acabamento, moradores não gostam de crianças elas não podem nem andar na rua que já reclamam, sem contar que o valor do condomínio é absurdo para não termos nada, nem mesmo limpeza das ruas... uma vergonha, lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização, vizinhos excelentes, porém a construtora é péssima no pós venda, não cumprem os prazos e sempre tem desculpas esfarrapadas, fora o síndico que é vinculado com a construtora e não ajuda em nada na melhora do condomínio.
Good location, excellent neighbors, but the construction company is terrible in the post-sale, do not meet deadlines and always have lame excuses, apart from the superintendent who is linked with the construction company and does not help in any way in improving the condominium.

e moradores são pessoas maravilhosas de se conviver, porém o pós venda é uma tristeza deixa muito a desejar, principalmente em relação ao sindico q não faz nada aqui dentro.
It really is a great location
and residents are wonderful people to live with, but after sales is a sadness, it leaves much to be desired, especially in relation to the union member who does nothing here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio e moradores são super legais e de boa convivência. Único problema é a construtora que não cumpre os prazos de entrega, obras atrasadas, tanto das casas quanto das áreas comuns e lazer, inclusive Portaria.
Lugar bom pra morar mas fica esperto com a construtora.
Vale ressaltar também que as áreas comum e de laser estão atrasadas a mais de um ano, portaria e fachada não terminaram até hoje.
Quem vier visitar, pede pra ver o projeto e como está a obra, inclusive solicitem os cronogramas não cumpridos pelos responsáveis.
