★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Predinho de poucos andares, mas tem elevador. Se optar pelas escadas, arejadas e claras. Quando você chega, dá uma sensação gostosa e é bonito. Estacionamento coberto, bem arejado, o unico problema é que não tem cobertura para chegar nos prédios, quando está chovendo. Mas acredito que brevemente resolverão este problema.
