Nossa mesa não foi atendida. Estivemos aí no sábado, o rapaz atendeu as demais mesas (2mesas) e simplesmente saiu pra fazer entrega sem nos atender. Até que após esperar um bom tempo, perdi minha paciência, fui até o caixa e pedi pra anotar nosso pedido.
Não limparam nossa mesa. Ocupamos a mesa de um casal que havia saído, vi a moça limpar as outras mesas e a nossa continuou suja.
Lanche veio errado. Após não ser atendida e esperar na mesa suja, desisti de comer no local e pedi pra colocar pra viagem. Chego em casa, o hambúrguer do meu namorado veio também os adicionais que havia pedido somente no meu, os hambúrgueres sem o molho especial, a batata que pedi com bacon veio com calabreza. A unica coisa que veio certo foi o suco.
Ps: a carne não tem a mesa qualidade da última vez que comi aí.
Não adianta ter preços acessíveis se vocês não tem atendimento que preste. Havia indicado a amigos nas últimas vezes que fui, mas não indico mais. Caiu demais a qualidade.
I wanted to go there when I go to Viçosa, but this last time was disappointing!
Our table was not served. We were there on Saturday, the guy served the other tables (2 tables) and simply left to deliver without answering us. Until after waiting a long time, I lost my patience, went to the cashier and asked to take our order.
They didn't clean our table. We occupied the table of a couple who had left, I saw the girl cleaning the other tables and ours was still dirty.
Snack came wrong. After not being served and waiting at the dirty table, I gave up eating at the place and asked to take it to go. I get home, my boyfriend's hamburger also came with the extras that I had ordered only for mine, the hamburgers without the special sauce, the potato I ordered with bacon came with sausage. The only thing that came right was the juice.
Ps: the meat doesn't have the same quality as the last time I ate there.
It's no use having affordable prices if you don't have service to provide. I had recommended it to friends the last few times I went, but I no longer recommend it. The quality has dropped too much.
