★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danificaram meu celular, levei para fazer uma higienização pois o celular tinha desligado e não ligava mais e arrumar o microfone q tinha parado de funcionar um pouco antes do celular desligar, porem eles danificaram a tela e eu tive que comprar outra para por no lugar, quando me entregaram me devolveram com vários outros defeitos, por exemplo, a gaveta do chip não fechava mais, o flash da frontal estava solto, as duas câmeras(traseira e fontal) estavam e ainda estão inutilizáveis e o próprio funcionário de lá disse que tinha caído cola, o microfone que fora um dos primeiros problemas eles devolveram com o mesmo defeito. Não recomendo, péssimo serviço e organização.
Edit/ acho que você não está querendo assumir os problemas que sua loja me causou.
Se lembre ai, MOTO Z2 PLAY, o técnico Léo, que eu tive que pegar meu dinheiro de volta pra ir fazer o serviço em outra assistência técnica(Que por sinal eu tive que comprar outro celular pois o moto z2 play estragou).
Além de prestar um péssimo atendimento não consegue nem assumir os problemas da loja. Deplorável!
Evitem essa loja, é problema puro.
Edit/ estou vendo que vocês querem fantasiar uma "Boa imagem" da loja mentindo e fingindo não saber do problema, o problema que ocorreu foi passado para uma funcionária que se identificou como esposa do dono, alguns dias depois quando voltei na loja o próprio dono me viu e presenciou a discussão que tive com o funcionário tentando resolver o meu problema(sei que era o dono pois o próprio funcionário da loja me informou), e o dono da loja simplismente não fez nada, nem se quer deu um bom dia para tentar resolver o problema, deixou tudo com o funcionário e saiu da loja indo para a área externa.
E não, não solicitei nenhuma troca de peça de um aparelho por outro, dei um aparelho velho que eu tinha(com nota fiscal inclusive) como abatimento do valor da mão de obra, eu como cliente não sou obrigado a saber que a loja não aceita esse tipo de acordo, o funcionário que deveria saber, e o dono também pois é obrigação dele saber oque se passa dentro do seu estabelecimento.
Por fim, não vou mais perder meu tempo respondendo às afirmações sem fundamentos que são apenas para fingir que os problemas ocorridos na loja são de culpa exclusiva do cliente, coisa que já percebi em todos os outros comentários negativos.
Só me resta dizer que EU NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA LOJA, JAMAIS RETORNAREI A FAZER QUALQUER TIPO DE SERVIÇO.

All I can say is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MAKE ANY KIND OF SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O profissional me informou que o defeito do aparelho era muito mais delicado do que apenas uma troca de tela e que cobraria o dobro do valor pra consertar. Visto isso, fui atrás de outros 3 orçamentos e todos os outros me falaram que o defeito era referente apenas a troca de tela do aparelho. Incusive, já estou com o aparelho consertado por outro profissional e funcionando normalmente, sendo que paguei apenas pela troca da tela. Não sei se ele fez isso de má-fé ou por erro técnico, de qualquer forma, foi equivocado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento até foi bom, educado, porém, me venderam um produto (tela) e não cumpriu a qualidade prometida. A película de gel também não funciona, primeira queda (meio metro) trincou a tela e a película ficou intacta. Quando entrei em contato pra resolver a situação da tela de qualidade duvidosa apenas informaram que substituíram por outra igual. Infelizmente prejuízo que terei que arcar sozinho.
Service was even good, polite, however, they sold me a product (canvas) and did not fulfill the promised quality. The gel film doesn't work either, the first drop (half a meter) cracked the screen and the film was intact. When I got in touch to resolve the situation of the screen of dubious quality, they only informed that they replaced it with another one of the same. Unfortunately, I will have to bear the damage alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O barato que sai caro. Literalmente. Daquelas lojas que fazem o orçamento mais em conta do que outras, mas trabalham com peças de péssima qualidade.
Troquei a tela e a película do meu aparelho com eles e 1 dia depois a a tela do celular estava para fora, o touch não funcionava e a película toda arranhada. A película quebrou dois dias depois e a tela também. Quando bem educadamente fui à loja, fui recebido com muito desdém.
Nunca mais volto, e prometi a mim mesmo que meu trabalho como CONSUMIDOR é no mínimo escrever comentários como esse no Google.
Empresas assim não deveriam ter espaço no mercado.
