Comprei pelo Ifood e meu pedido já está atrasado a 30 minutos e não me dão retorno. Não indico a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia dos pais ,09 de Agosto resolvi fazer um pedido nesse estabelecimento. E me arrependo profundamente. Nao recomendo nem de FORMA GRATUITA.
Ao fazer o pedido pelo Uber Eats solicitei que fosse entregue na minha residência ,só que por algum motivo da Plataforma o pedido ficou como se fosse para retirada.
Depois de ligar mais de 3 vezes para saber do pedido,a atendente constatou que eu teria que ir retirar pq estava para retirada NO LOCAL. Já havia passado mais de uma hora e tive vontade de cancelar entretanto COMO SOLUCAO DO PROBLEMA ELA SUGERIU que o motoboy dela entregava pelo mesmo preço do Uber Eats. Como ela sugeriu ,aceitei e mesmo assim demorou. Após encerrar a chamada ,o Uber Eats me ligou informando que iria cancelar e concordei.
Após esse transtorno todo a comida chegou FALTANDO UMA CARNE SUÍNA QUE ESTAVA NO PEDIDO E NÃO FOI OFERECIDA A OPÇÃO DE ME ENTREGAR IMEDIATAMENTE O QUE FALTAVA, relevei por todo transtorno.
Entretanto no dia 25 de Agosto fui ABSURDAMENTE debitado pelo Uber Eats informando que o cancelamento do pedido seria cobrado e que eu não tenho direito ao reembolso.
Efetuei o pagamento por duas vezes ,em uma comida RUIM e QUE AINDA POR CIMA VEIO FALTANDO ITENS, e não tenho direito ao Reembolso.
ABSURDO!!!!!!!

On Father's Day, August 9, I decided to place an order at this establishment. And I deeply regret it. I don't even recommend it for FREE.
When ordering through Uber Eats I requested that it be delivered to my residence, but for some reason from the Platform the order was as if it were for withdrawal.
After calling more than 3 times to inquire about the order, the attendant found that I would have to go pick it up because it was for pickup ON THE SITE. It had been more than an hour already and I wanted to cancel in the meantime AS A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM SHE SUGGESTED that her motoboy delivered at the same price as Uber Eats. As she suggested, I accepted and it still took time. After ending the call, Uber Eats called me saying they would cancel and I agreed.
After this disorder, all the food arrived, MISSING A PIG MEAT WHICH WAS IN THE ORDER, AND THE OPTION TO DELIVER ME IMMEDIATELY WHAT IT MISSED WAS NOT OFFERED, I reviewed all the inconvenience.
However on August 25th I was ABSURDELY debited by Uber Eats stating that the order cancellation would be charged and that I am not entitled to a refund.
I made the payment twice, in a BAD food and THAT STILL CAME OUT OF MISSING ITEMS, and I am not entitled to the Refund.
ABSURD!!!!!!!
