★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindo condomínio, fui visitar uma amiga e fui muito bem recebido pelos funcionários. A piscina é grande e com a água gelada ótima pra refrescar, a churrasqueira e bem confortável, tem elevadores nos prédios.
 Beautiful condo, I went to visit a friend and was very well received by the staff. The pool is large and with the ice water great for cooling off, the grill is very comfortable and has elevators in the buildings.

As torres devem ter sido projetadas e construídas nos anos de 2000.
Sua fachada e outros itens estruturais necessitam de manutenção e maior cuidado.
A quantidade de vagas de veículos estacionados nesta área condominial não comporta a quantidade de veículos que se encontram, acarretando neste enfoque, uma sobrecarga na trafegabilidade, além de, incorrer ao limite prudencial estrutural das vias internas.
Não obstante, frente ao último comentário, o dióxido de carbono no local expelido por este excesso, aumenta substâncias tóxicas no local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio legal. Piscina um pouco escodida. Não vi quadra de esportes e área de lazer. O estacionamento é bem acessível e a entrada também. No geral, é um condomínio bem localizado e de certo modo aconchegante; ideal para quem trabalha e quer alugar apartamento em lugar de fácil acesso.
Nice condo. Pool a little scalloped. I didn't see a sports court or leisure area. Parking is very accessible and so is the entrance. Overall, it is a well located and somewhat cozy condo; ideal for those who work and want to rent an apartment in an easily accessible place.

Porém, piscina não é tão cuidada, a falta de área de estacionamento para visitante é um problema, pois nem na rua pode-se estacionar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá uma vez para ver um apartamento, uma cobertura. Não gostei. Mesmo sendo uma cobertura, o apartamento é horrível de pequeno. A cozinha então, nem se fala. Vi, muitos problemas. Sem condições.
I was there once to see an apartment, a penthouse. Did not like. Even though it's a penthouse, the apartment is awfully small. The kitchen then, not even spoken. I saw a lot of problems. No conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já morei lá e não gostei, os apartamentos só vivem em obra devido aos materiais de péssima qualidade utilizado pela construtora PDG, inclusive no apartamento em que morava as lajotas estavam todas saindo. A água é muito amarela e cheia de calcário, até com uso do filtro a água consegue ser amarela, daí as roupas brancas sem amarelas.E o terreno ao lado que pertence a jurunanse também produzem muito barulho oriundos dos empregados, caminhões que chegam cedissimo (06 hrs da manhã) para descarregar materiais e ainda tem os tratores... Te doido, sossego você só tem no domingo. Ainda tem as mil e uma regras do condomínio que mudam constantemente... Nao recomendo se vc quer paz e descanso!! Fora que não tem local para visitantes estacionar e se colocar na rua vem o demutran rebocar na hora, pois o depósito de retenção deles fica a poucos metros do condomínio. Claro que não funciona para os caminhões que vão entregar materiais para a loja jurunense.. ??

Outside there is no place for visitors to park and put themselves on the street, the demutran will tow on the spot, as their retention deposit is just a few meters from the condo. Of course it doesn't work for trucks that will deliver materials to the Jurunense store. ??
