Eles não se importaram se eu gastei R$46,90, ou se tinha acabado de comprar... Simplesmente falaram que não fazem trocas! Entendo a norma da empresa, mas não é justo com o cliente.
 Well, I was treated very well. However, I bought an Amend cream, and at the same time I wanted to change only the color. They didn't care if I spent R $ 46.90, or if I had just bought ... They simply said that they don't make exchanges! I understand the company's norm, but it's not fair to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço já foi melhor. Um Tresemmé Detox Capilar 400ML que eu paguei R$ 13.50 na Ville Cosméticos, encontrei em uma loja famosa da AV. Itavuvu por R$ 10.00.
No setor de desodorantes, não possui uma unidade provadora. Fui experimentar um desodorante e me falaram que não podia provar. O proprietário deveria trazer essa comodidade ao cliente, pois, quando você vai comprar um creme, perfume, shampoo ou desodorante, você quer sentir a fragrância.
Apesar desses pênaltis citados, ainda é uma lojinha bacana no Wanel Ville, mas, precisa atuar mais na melhoria contínua.
The price was already better. A 400ML Tresemme Hair Detox that I paid R $ 13.50 at Ville Cosméticos, I found in a famous AV store. Itavuvu for R $ 10.00.
In the deodorant sector, it does not have a tasting unit. I went to try a deodorant and they told me that I couldn't taste it. The owner should bring this convenience to the customer, because when you go to buy a cream, perfume, shampoo or deodorant, you want to feel the fragrance.
Despite these penalties, it is still a cool store in Wanel Ville, but it needs to act more in continuous improvement.
