★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior construtora, o apartamento rachou umas 4 vezes e eles foram até prestativos , porém rachou de novo e como eles dizem q a garantia é de 5 anos , fiquei no prejuízo, pois infelizmente vai rachar novamente e de novo, pois os msms dizem q é normal, o apartamento balança e acaba rachando. Não indico pra ninguém, o acabamento cheio de imperfeições q só vemos depois .
The worst construction company, the apartment cracked about 4 times and they were even helpful, but it cracked again and as they say the warranty is 5 years, I was at a loss, because unfortunately it will crack again and again, as the msms say it is normal, the apartment shakes and ends up cracking.
