APROVOU O FINANCIAMENTO NA PARCELA QUE EU PRECISAVA . DEPOIS disso o cartorio foi até a loja para me atender. Vendedor Ygor atencioso e transparente. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico ninguém comprar carro na vimara pois me senti enganado pois o gerente da vimara me prometeu mão de obra do veículo enquanto eu fosse cliente vimara pois com 15 dias tirei o carro da loja me deu problema na embreagem pastilha de freio dizem que o carro estava revisado pois levei nenhuma da loja vimara oficina no Figueira grande levaram meu carro para Jardim Nakamura aonde permaneceu uma semana meu carro voltou pior entrei em contato falaram que o barulho da embreagem era normal me mandaram uma nota de uma marca da embreagem levei no meu mecânico de confiança onde acompanhe o serviço a embreagem que tava no veículo era outra. Enfim vimara revejam as promessas de vocês . Eu poderia muito indicar vocês se o tratamento tivesse permanecido o mesmo no pós venda como foi na pré venda. Vocês tratam muito bem antes da finalização do veículo depois não cumprem o prometido.
I do not recommend anyone to buy a car at vimara because I felt cheated because the vimara manager promised me vehicle labor while I was a vimara customer because after 15 days I took the car out of the store I had a problem with the clutch brake pads say the car was revised because I took none from the shop vimara workshop in Figueira grande they took my car to Jardim Nakamura where it stayed a week my car came back worse I got in touch they said the clutch noise was normal they sent me a note of a clutch brand I took it to my mechanic confidence where it accompanies the service the clutch that was in the vehicle was another. Finally vimara review your promises. I could highly recommend you if the treatment had remained the same in the after-sales as it was in the pre-sales. You treat it very well before finishing the vehicle and then you don't fulfill the promise.

A vendedora Sheila ( q eu AMO rsrs) me ajudou de forma maravilhosa na compra dos meus últimos carros ... a gente entra com um sonho na loja e vc sai realizado ... ela faz de tudo e consegue te ajudar da melhor forma que for possível, tudo que estiver ao seu alcance para ver um cliente feliz e satisfeito !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo ninguém comprar veículo nessa loja Vimara pois antes de comprar eles prometem mão de obra vitalício e não cumpre pois comprei um Fiat argo na Vimara e falaram que estava todo revisado pois com 15 dias que tirei o carro da loja já começou os ploblemas estou com o carro a 8 meses e continua me dando ploblemas eles falaram que a garantia de 3 meses já venceu não índico ninguem me senti enganado. Fizeram uma revisão no carro quando questionei e o carro voltou pior. Entrei em contato e me disseram que o carro tinha sido arrumado e que se eu quisesse teria que pagar 400 reias caso eles me provassem que a peça trocada estava boa. Enfim levei no meu macanico de confiança onde ele fez a troca da peça que a Vimara diz ter trocado e a peça não condiz que a peça que eles me entregaram a nota . Por fim via a Vimara como uma loja de confiança hoje caiu no meu conceito.

Anyway, I took it to my trusted mechanic where he exchanged the part that Vimara says he changed and the part doesn't match the part they gave me the bill. Finally, I saw Vimara as a reliable store, today it became my concept.
