★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazemos pedidos periodicamente, porém hoje por exemplo, liguei 12 vezes pra fazer o pedido e não fui atendida. Mandei diversas msg no zap eles ignoram. Descobri que os pedidos estão sendo feitos no email. Ok, mandei td explicado no email, quantidade e fotos das cores, dados para entrega e dados da empresa.
Aí eles não lêem, ficam passando de um vendedor pro outro no email. Após 8 emails
pediram pra enviar pelo whatsapp. Enviei e não tive retorno no zap. Continuaram mandando confirmação no email. o processo é tão longo e tão desrespeitoso...
E pensa que acabou? O pedido não foi feito. Ninguém confirma os itens do pedido.
Esqueci de mencionar que não querem mandar link do pagamento, sendo que a entrega não é no meu escritório, vai direto pro corte.
Eles parece que fazem pra gente desistir.
Todos os pedidos que fiz com eles, eles não confirmam os itens do pedido após separar. Anotam correndo com o maior barulho de feira atrás e várias vezes veio cor errada. E detalhe: eles não trocam.
Que tamanho desrespeito! Acho que se alguem fosse doar os tecidos trataria a gente melhor.
Infelizmente não vejo muita melhora nos últimos 10 anos que frequento essa loja. Torço muito para a concorrência fazer algo melhor e vcs ficaram sem clientes. Pq as pessoas merecem respeito.

I forgot to mention that they don't want to send a payment link, since the delivery is not at my office, it goes straight to the cut.
They seem to make us give up.
All the orders I've placed with them, they don't confirm the order items after picking up. They write down running with the biggest noise of the fair behind and several times the wrong color came. And detail: they don't change.
How disrespectful! I think if someone were to donate the tissues they would treat us better.
Unfortunately I don't see much improvement in the last 10 years I've been going to this store. I really hope the competition does something better and you guys ran out of customers. Because people deserve respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aqui em frente à loja, no dia de hoje 30/12/2021 porém a mesma se encontra fechada, acho que vocês poderiam atualizar as redes sociais e o google, pois olhei na internet e constava que hoje, a partir das 08 horas estaria aberta, sai de longe, agora são 09 horas e a loja está fechada, em respeito aos clientes, a loja deveria informar essas alterações de dias e horários de funcionamento tanto no Google quanto nas redes sociais, pois várias lojas fizeram essa atualização, nem mesmo informação na porta da loja tem.
