★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o procedimento de troca de todos os amortecedores e kits da suspensão nesta empresa, com termo de garantia de 2 anos, mas coisa de uma semana já estava requerendo a garantia por barulhos provenientes do amortecedor, coxins e batentes, e isso foram umas 7 ou 8 vezes de retorno por conta de barulhos, ao longo de dias, semanas e meses, nunca se negaram a resolver os problemas, mas nunca eram resolvidos de fato, apenas momentâneos, tive que tomar outros rumos para solucionar, não sei se sou um caso isolado, mas minha experiência não foi boa com a empresa, boa sorte!
I did the procedure of changing all shock absorbers and suspension kits at this company, with a 2-year warranty term, but after a week I was already demanding the guarantee for noise coming from the shock absorber, cushions and stops, and that was about 7 or 8 times of return due to noise, over days, weeks and months, never refused to solve the problems, but they were never really solved, only momentary, I had to take other directions to solve, I don't know if I'm a case isolated, but my experience was not good with the company, good luck!
