★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que existe não sei como chamam aquilo de casa de show funcionários super mau educados vendem shows que não vão acontecer e ainda tentam passar a perna nós clientes ontem anunciaram um show do Péricles que não aconteceu fizeram uma algazarra com a cara dos clientes dizendo que a vigilância sanitária estava no local mais porém os outros desconhecidos se apresentaram normalmente estranho né .
Worst place there is I don't know what they call it the show house, super rude employees sell shows that won't happen and still try to outsmart us customers yesterday announced a Pericles show that didn't happen they made a racket with the customers' faces saying that the health surveillance was in place but the other strangers were normally strange, right.

Na recepção e mulher q te revista na entrada com uma cara de poucos amigos.
Banheiros imundos,
a descarga não funciona, banheiro vomitado e sujo de fezes, não tinha Sabonete para lavar as mãos .
Fora que somos obrigados a ficar no meio da fumaça da narguilhe, acho q teria q ficar na ala dos fumantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Há quase 1 ano atrás comprei 2 ingressos para o show menos é mais, devido a pandemia o show só "ocorreu" no dia 19/09. No dia em questão a casa enunciou às 16:00 mas às 22:30 eu não aguentava mais esperar e fui embora pois o grupo não havia se apresentado e não tinha condições de ficar no ambiente. Solicitei o reembolso dos ingressos uma vez que faltou cordialidade da casa e o show foi propaganda enganosa, os mesmos se negam a ressarcir o valor alegando que o evento "ocorreu". UM CONSELHO A TODOS NÃO VÁ EM SHOWS POIS NO RECLAME AQUI TEM AS MESMAS QUEIXAS E TAMBÉM MÁ ADMINISTRAÇÃO DA CASA!!!!
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Almost 1 year ago I bought 2 tickets for the show less is more, due to the pandemic the show only "occurred" on 19/09. On the day in question, the house announced at 16:00 but at 22:30 I couldn't stand to wait any longer and I left because the group had not performed and was unable to stay in the room. I asked for a refund of the tickets since there was no cordiality in the house and the show was false advertising, they refuse to reimburse the amount alleging that the event "occurred". ADVICE TO EVERYONE DON'T GO TO SHOWS BECAUSE IN THE COMPLAINT HERE HAS THE SAME COMPLAINTS AND ALSO BAD MANAGEMENT OF THE HOUSE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Banheiro sem água, nem pra lavar as mãos, além do mal cheiro nós banheiros, que parecem que não são limpos a meses. Cerveja vem quente. Além do cheiro insuportável do narguilé dentro do ambiente fechado. Ninguém me revistou. Um dos piores lugares que fui. Acho que nos tempos de hoje (com Covid) tinha que no mínimo ter água para lavar as mãos. Só não fui embora logo que cheguei pq pagamos para assistir o show. A vigilância sanitária tinha que interditar este lugar.
Bad experience! Bathroom with no water, not even to wash your hands, besides the bad smell in the bathrooms, which look like they haven't been cleaned for months. Beer comes hot. In addition to the unbearable smell of the hookah inside the closed environment. Nobody searched me. One of the worst places I've been. I think in these days (with Covid) you had to at least have water to wash your hands. I just didn't leave as soon as I arrived because we paid to watch the show.
