Prometem que vão retornar e isso nunca acontece, estou aguardando retorno desde 12 de janeiro de 2021.

Uma empresa com péssimo venda e pós venda. Cometem negócios sem principios. Corretagem desqualificada que não cumpre o que determina a lei e que para não perder a venda, não me informaram com a exatidão que o negócio merecia, e mesmo perguntado diversas vezes a mesma coisa e na confiança nestas profissionais, assinei. Descobri a informação real no dia de assinatura do financiamento. A equipe de vendas me disse que não tinha a informação e apenas o banco, mas a construtora tinha sim que a taxa de evolução de obras é de 10 a 90% o valor da parcela de acordo com a porcentagem de evolução. Com está informação eu não teria assinado o contrato. Não se preocuparam em se quer tentar resolver e praticamente o retorno foi "se quer corrigir o NOSSO erro com você, que vá na justiça". Ok então.
Em pleno 2020, no qual uma empresa séria busca consolidação da marca e imagem aliada a qualidade, esta demonstrou deslealdade por nada.

Me interessei pelo empreendimento na Rua Apa (ZOOM Santa Cecília) e fui informada que precisaria enviar os documentos apenas para "reservar" a conversa pessoalmente com o corretor. Não sabia que iriam rodar uma análise de crédito sem minha permissão e quando de fato me interessei por outro empreendimento de outra construtora e dei o ok para começarem a análise de crédito (corretores do outro empreendimento foram super transparentes), descobri que ela foi rodada nesse empreendimento da Rua Apa e isso fez com que eu perdesse a unidade que eu estava realmente interessada.

I became interested in the project on Rua Apa (ZOOM Santa Cecília) and was informed that I would need to send the documents just to "reserve" the conversation personally with the broker. I didn't know they would run a credit analysis without my permission and when I actually got interested in another project from another construction company and I said ok to start the credit analysis (brokers from the other project were super transparent), I found out that it was run in this Apa Street project and this caused me to lose the unit I was really interested in.
