â â â â â Profissionais excelentes, porĂ©m atenderam diversas pessoas ao mesmo tempo, o que atrapalhou o andamento do serviço - foram 6:30h para fazer mechas e cortar! Demorou tanto que algumas clarearam demais e tiveram que tonalizar novamente, o que poderia ser evitado se as profissionais tivessem dado um pouco mais de atenção durante o atendimento. Apesar de ter sido um sĂĄbado, dia mais cheio, esse tempo foi exagerado. O resultado foi bom e elas se esforçaram, mas nĂŁo deu vontade de retornar nem para o retorno incluso no pacote que adquiri.
Excellent professionals, but they attended to several people at the same time, which hindered the progress of the service - it was 6:30 am to make locks and cut! It took so long that some lightened too much and had to tint again, which could have been avoided if the professionals had paid a little more attention during the service. Despite being a Saturday, the busiest day, this time was exaggerated. The result was good and they made an effort, but I didn't want to return even for the return included in the package I purchased.

Me senti completamente desrespeitada, pois o salĂŁo sequer se redimiu pelo que houve com meu cabelo, apenas agradeceu o feedback.
I usually did highlights in the salon, however, when I went to touch up the highlights in August 2021, my hair was destroyed.
In November 2021 I had to cut all my hair, even using the best products to recover it.
In January 2022 I informed the salon about what happened, including sending photos and they just thanked the feedback.
I felt completely disrespected, as the salon didn't even redeem themselves for what happened to my hair, they just thanked the feedback.
