★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, tudo é o dono que resolve e o cara não da conta. Serviço ruim, não devolvem as peças "estragadas", o mecânico não explica o que foi feito no carro, qual era o problema... No meu caso devolveram o carro com o mesmo defeito, além disso trocaram as bieletas sem minha permissão, eu havia trocado essas bieletas a poucos meses, difícil crer que já estavam estragadas. Além desses problemas, acaba saindo caro, pois ganham no serviço e na venda de peças, mas como se não bastasse ainda te cobram mais caro pelas peças que mandam pegar fora, em outras auto peças, como se o cliente não fosse perceber. É o tipo de oficina pra botar o carro e ficar do lado, de olho, esperando até terminarem o serviço, essa foi minha impressão.

Bad service, do not return the "spoiled" parts, the mechanic does not explain what was done in the car, what was the problem ... In my case they returned the car with the same defect, in addition they changed the links without my permission, I had exchanged these links for a few months, hard to believe that they were already spoiled. Besides these problems, it ends up being expensive, because they earn in the service and in the sale of parts, but as if that were not enough they charge you more for the pieces that they have to take away, in other auto parts, as if the client would not perceive. It's the kind of workshop to put the car in, and stay on the side, keeping an eye out, waiting until they finish the job, that was my impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Passei a manhã toda esperando atendimento e vendo passarem outros clientes na frente, para fazerem o diagnóstico eletrônico, não identificaram o problema e tampouco resolveram e me cobraram. O único ponto positivo é que me indicaram outro lugar que resolveram a falha.
Terrible. I spent the whole morning waiting for assistance and seeing other customers passing by, to make the electronic diagnosis, they did not identify the problem and neither solved and charged me. The only positive point is that they indicated another place that solved the failure.
