Avisamos a loja imediatamente e o Vinicius foi até nossa casa e constatou o problema onde disse que relataria para a fábrica. Passado alguns dias após eu cobrar me disse que a fabrica estaria efetuando a troca. Hoje está fazendo 40 dias da compra, não efetuaram a troca e o Sr Vinicius não responde minhas mensagens.
I bought a mattress with a massager and on the second day it started to make a horrible noise. We notified the store immediately and Vinicius went to our house and found the problem where he said he would report it to the factory. A few days after I charged, he told me that the factory would be making the exchange. Today it's been 40 days since the purchase, they didn't make the exchange and Mr Vinicius doesn't answer my messages.

I congratulate the entire team at VIP Colchões 7 de Setembro, from Thais, the saleswoman, to the delivery men (sorry for not knowing the names) for their education, proactiveness and commitment! The deadline was met even earlier than expected! I was very satisfied with the product purchased (widow box bed).
