Fui e ele disse que não havia encontrado a peça e pediu para eu ir em outro lugar ou deixar a TV lá para quando a peça chegasse (sem garantia ou prazo nenhum).

I went and he said he hadn't found the piece and asked me to go somewhere else or leave the TV there for when the piece arrived (without warranty or deadline).
